Asuransi Jasindo In-house Training Cash Management

PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia (Persero) conducted in-house training on cash
management for its employees, which in this year was once again organized by
Bizniscontact. The training which took place at Jasindo Head Office Jakarta
lasted from 20th to 21st March 2007.
Attended by 31 people, the participants come from Jasindo offices outside
Jakarta, namely Bengkulu, Yogyakarta, Cirebon, and so on. On the first day of
the training the participants learned about Cash Management Overview, Cash
Manager Role and Cash Flow Report, presented by Drs. Made Sudarta, MBA, and on
the second day, they were given a lesson on Cash Budget by Dra. Martha
Hutabarat, MBA.
The training ran so smoothly and effectively that the participants gave 8.03
score for its implementation, and 94 % of them even recommended similar
trainings in the future. Some of their comments have been put in the
questionnaire : "The training will be helpful for me to improve my daily work",
"Both the instructors and their assistants were friendly, open and attentive,
and the materials were presented in a lively and relaxed atmosphere", and "The
guidance on cash flow and its application has given me a better insight on how I
can do cash flow better in my job."
